The host committee is working hard to make this a successful event for our members and Business Partners. In developing the floor plan for the Exhibit Hall and the program itself, we paid close attention to traffic flow, food locations, networking opportunities, etc. Additionally, in order to keep the overall conference costs down; we will not open up exhibitor level sponsorships until the other levels are filled or July 1, 2008. We encourage you to look at the different levels of sponsorship and the variety of sponsorship opportunities. This year, we have made efforts to tie sponsorships to specific events.
Before you begin the online registration process, we suggest that you review the sponsorship levels and opportunities on the conference web site and be prepared with your selections before you proceed to the registration. Once you begin your registration, the system will not allow you to move back to a previous page to change your sponsorship level or opportunity. Knowing your selections in advance will help you navigate more easily through the registration process.
Credit card and check payment options are available for registration. Credit card payments will be processed immediately. Check payments should be mailed along with a copy of the confirmation letter to identify the registrant. If paying by check, you will receive specific instructions in your confirmation letter.
