On behalf of MD/DC APPA, the 2008 Host Committee for the 58th Annual Eastern Region/APPA conference (ERAPPA), we would like to invite you to participate as a Business Partner for our 2008 conference, ERAPPA 2008: Your KEY to Success.
Our conferences continue to be successful because of the active financial support we receive from our business partners. We hope you will be able to join us in Baltimore, Maryland, September 28 to October 1, 2008. The entire conference; educational programs, networking, exhibit hall and lodging, will all take place at the Marriott Baltimore Waterfront Hotel.
The conference will provide sponsorship and networking opportunities that will target educational facilities professionals from our region. As you may know, the ERAPPA region extends from the District of Columbia north, stretching into the Canadian provinces, and includes over 800 institutions. We are expecting attendance of 400 to 500 members. The manner in which we will structure the event will provide you with many networking opportunities. In addition to the exhibit hall, where you can showcase your business, we also plan to have available a wide variety of other sponsorship opportunities that will provide you with additional exposure.
